Driving Front Desk Excellence – FPG Upselling Call with GMs, Commercial & FO Teams

On 23 April 2025, Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA hosted a powerful virtual session with FPG (Frontline Performance Group), bringing together our GMs, Commercial Leaders, and Front Office teams to align on one of our most impactful commercial drivers: Front Desk Upselling.

The session covered performance highlights, recognition of top-performing properties, and a look into the 2025 roadmap. A standout moment came from Millennium Place Marina, which exceeded its upsell target by 121% and achieved the highest revenue in the region with AED 4.16 million and a stellar 10% conversion rate.

Across the portfolio, the program has delivered significant RevPAR impact, enhanced service culture, and empowered front office teams with structured tools, incentives, and performance visibility.
