Regional Support & Strategic Highlights:
- Hosted partner meetings with Booking.com and Expedia to explore future collaboration
- Transitioned all KSA hotels to Ctrip V4 pricing; UAE mapping in progress
- Participated in Arabian Travel Market 2025 to expand OTA partnerships and explore distribution innovations
- Completed Optimized Distribution Tier 3 mapping in MEA; audited Tier 6 properties for compliance
- Shifted Egypt Express Travel to Occupancy-Based Pricing, aligning with market dynamics
- Launched the 2025 B2C Hala Summer Campaign across OTAs, targeting early demand and visibility
- Rolled out the Forecast Tool, a strategic planning resource that improves accuracy, streamlines revenue planning, and aligns forecasting with financial goals
