Under the leadership of Khaled Amer, VP Commercial, our Commercial team has made a powerful start to 2025. Through focused strategy, data-driven decision-making, and strong market engagement, the team has achieved significant growth across all performance metrics.
Key Achievements (January–March 2025):
- 1.13 million room nights sold, a 7% increase YoY
- 1.52 million overnight guests, up 6% YoY
- 600+ global and 45+ regional accounts actively managed
- 30+ connected online channels contributed 19% of total reservations, 21% of RM nights, and 30% of total revenue
- 3% YoY growth in RGI (market share)
- 12% growth in RevPAR and 13% in TRevPAR
Strategic Commercial Highlights:
- Representation at global trade exhibitions including WTM, ITB, SATTE, JTTX, ATM, FHS, MITT, and IELTM
- Hosted DMC Workshops and Client Appreciation Weeks in UAE and KSA, building stronger regional relationships
- Onboarded new distribution partners across USA, Russia, GCC, China, and India
- Introduced two certification programs: Revenue Management Certification (10 members) and Business Acumen Certification (6 members)
- Rolled out the IDeaS G3 RMS, enabling advanced forecasting and dynamic pricing strategies across our network
