We’re thrilled to announce that Salesforce CRM is now officially live across the MEA region! This marks a major milestone in our journey to strengthen direct channels, boost brand.com bookings, and enhance our corporate segment performance. With Salesforce, we gain full control over the guest journey, improve lead management, and drive loyalty through MyMillennium — all while reducing costs and dependence on third parties.

A successful refresher training was conducted on April 15 & 16 to align all GMs, Commercial, and Front Office leaders on enrolment, guest recognition, and loyalty tools. This marks the start of a new era of smarter guest engagement, stronger loyalty, and reduced reliance on third parties.
